Fuel Cell
Custom fuel cell test stations from 100 W to 250 kW, PEM fuel cell generators, PEM electrolyser stacks and air-pressed test cells for hydrogen and fuel cell research across India.
Fuel Cell
Fuel Cell Testing stations are the high tech stations with power ranging from 100 W to 250 kW. They are of High Temperature and Low Temperature Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEM FC), Direct Methanol Fuel Cell (DMFC) and Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) and hybrid test stations.
Our Test Stations are custom built to meet exact requirements of our customer and come fully functional with FC Stack Connectivity, Gas Supply, Pressure Control and Measurement, Humidification, Electronic Load, Impedance Spectroscopy, Automation and Control, Dead-End Operation, FC Stack Cooling, etc.

PEM Electrolyser Stack
Advanced PEMWE stacks LCWE nn-25 have been developed to produce hydrogen at high pressure with an efficient, clean, and safe production process. The LCWE xx-25 electrolysers operate with a high-pressure gradient across the membrane from the cathode (high-pressure) side to the anode (nearly ambient pressure) side.
This device permits elevated hydrogen supply pressures without the need for mechanical compression. Hydrogen molecules are reduced electrochemically at the electrode surface and raise the pressure in the cathode chamber, provided that mechanical support is guaranteed from the membrane.
The stack produces hydrogen at a mid-pressure (max 30 bar) and oxygen at low pressure.
Maximum hydrogen output is 22 Nl/h per cell. The LCWE10-25 stack made of 10 cells produces 225 Nl/h, while oxygen is produced at one-half of that volumetric rate (112 Nl/h).
