Vaccum Furnaces

Vacuum furnaces are used in many applications in all industries. A vacuum is one of the methods to protect heated steel and metal parts from the negative influence of an air atmosphere. Vacuum furnace is a type of furnace in which the product in the furnace is surrounded by a vacuum during processing. The absence of air or other gases prevents oxidation, heat loss from the product through convection, and removes a source of contamination. This enables the furnace to heat materials (typically metals and ceramics) to temperatures as high as 3,000 °C A vacuum furnace is normally an electrically heated furnace in which a vacuum is maintained during the process. Most vacuum furnace are heated by electric resistance elements made from graphite, ceramics or metals.

Vacuum heat treatments

Heat treating is performed to improve the mechanical and/or chemical properties of materials. Thermal processing in a vacuum chamber ensures highly accurate and reliable results for materials which have to withstand extreme temperature conditions.

Vacuum brazing

A metal-joining process which can offer significant advantages in terms of cleanliness, joint strength and integrity. The process is performed under vacuum with high temperature uniformity to grant the leak-tightness of aircraft structural parts and components.

Aluminizing

A thermal barrier coating which can offer significant advantages in terms of increased wear and corrosion resistance. A very thin but perfectly uniform coating of aluminum is deposited by evaporation on critical flying parts such as turbine blades and other high stress components.

Diffusion bonding

A solid-state process for joining similar and dissimilar materials by using only heat and pressure to achieve atomic bonding. Weight saving is a significant benefit. Examples of application are multiple-finned channels and honeycomb construction.

We offer the following types of furnces:

Brazing Furnace

Comprising of several chambers (prepare chamber, heating chamber, cooling chamber and discharging chamber, etc.). The job is feed into the chambers with various methods for vacuum brazing and vacuum sintering fields.

Annealing Furnace

For annealing and degassing of various of alloy materials (Mo, Tungsten, Copper alloy), magnetic materials, reactive and refractory metals during their can be supplied with certificates of measurement, and are generally made by a Photolithographic process. By identifying the largest set of non-distinguishable lines, you can determine the resolving power of your vision system.

Tempering Furnace

For tempering treatment for high speed stainless steel, die steel, tool steel and titanium alloy and several other materials.

Gas Quenching Furnace

Vacuum quenching high alloy steel such as high speed tool steel, mould steel, gauge steel and multi-grade quenching with the function of convective heating. It can also used as Carburizing, Nitriding and tempering equipment.

Sintering Furnace

For Vacuum Sintering and Aging Alloy materials, components, magnetic rare earth materials, samarium cobalt material, refractory materials.
