Pneumatic Vertical Shock Test System

Pneumatic shock and collision test system has a high degree of automation and can be used for the shock test of conventional half-sine wave, postpeak sawtooth wave, and trapezoidal wave etc. This novel designed shock testing equipment is easy to operate and it is used to test product’s ability to withstand the shock of destruction in actual use, in this way we can evaluate the product’s adaptability to the shock environment and optimize the product structure strength according to the experimental data.

Three-Axis Motion Simulators

hree-Axis Motion Simulators are used for triaxial and durability studies for detection of the onset and progression of component failures and for dynamic characterization in each of three axes. The tri-axial system accommodates elastomer specimen up to 3000mm in diameter and with its movable load frame crosshead, it permits a variety of specimen heights, up to 2500mm.

Maximum specimen weight 100 – 10000kgs with specimen centre of gravity of 500-1000mm.

Rate Table and Motion Simulator

Rate table and motion simulators are designed to test gyroscopes, accelerometers, inertial navigation systems and some others.

The rate table series ranges from single axes rate table to five axis motion simulator. We also offer rate table combined with climatic chamber. Be equipped with the climatic chamber, the UUT cna be exposed to high or low temperature extremes. Cooling is accomplised by either mechanical or LN2 refrigeration and heating is provided by resistive heating elements
